GENERAL MANAGER - INBOUND TOURISM
P.T.C. Holdings Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound Tourism General Manager to lead and develop our inbound tourism operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end tourism services, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences, and strengthening international and local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all inbound tourism operations, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, accommodation, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow inbound tourist arrivals and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international travel agents, tour operators, and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of tourism operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest issues professionally.
- Monitor market trends and develop competitive tourism packages and experiences.
- Lead, train, and supervise operational and customer service teams.
- Ensure compliance with tourism regulations, company policies, and service quality standards.
- Manage and drive a team of employees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel operations management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operational performance.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent financial and analytical ability (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving capability.
