REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing dynamic teams
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, POS and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP), food quality, and operational excellence
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills
  • Sound knowledge of facility management and regulatory compliance
