REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing dynamic teams
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, POS and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP), food quality, and operational excellence
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of facility management and regulatory compliance
