BRANCH MANAGER – JAFFNA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to effectively run branch operations.
- Oversee all activities related to sales, marketing, and technical services within the regional branches and distributor network.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and norms set by the company.
- Promote revenue growth, profitability, and organizational development.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operations to achieve the corporate objectives of the SBUs and the Group.
Candidate Profile:
- Marketing Management qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within industries related to Industrial & Engineering, particularly in electronics and electrical appliances.
- Preference will be given to candidates those who are residing close proximity to Jaffna
- Knowledge of finance and accounts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is required; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy is essential.
