Sales Administration Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support the Sales Team by handling customer coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Follow up on pending payments, orders, and customer requests
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and monthly summaries
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, warehouse, and logistics
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer correspondence professionally
- Maintain proper filing systems of documents and other records
Requirements
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
