Sales Administration Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support the Sales Team by handling customer coordination, documentation, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Follow up on pending payments, orders, and customer requests
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and monthly summaries
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, warehouse, and logistics
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer correspondence professionally
  • Maintain proper filing systems of documents and other records

Requirements

  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
