Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Act as a mediator in employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Advise managers on employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract and retain skilled employees; Support and guide managers in performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify skill gaps and work with the training team to design and implement relevant training programs.
- Manage benefits administration and communication to ensure employees are informed of their options.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Professional qualifications preferably bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in human resources; experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Hands on experience in HRIS would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance requirements.
- Age below 35 years.
