Vacancy for the position of Customer Service Assistant + Regional Service Center Colombo

Job holder will be responsible for managing daily customer inquiries and service requests, delivering timely and effective solutions to customer issues, maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, and supporting internal teams with customer-related updates and feedback.

Personal Profile

  • Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
  • Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 01 year experience handling similar tasks.
  • Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Effective written communication skills and comprehension.
  • Strong skills in MS Office packages, especially Excel and Word.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Aged between 19 to 25 years.

Job Profile

  • Manage customer calls, record and forward complaints, handle parts inquiries, maintain the complaint register, and share important updates with SFAS.
  • Manage product repairs, update jobs in the SIS system, send reminders for uncollected items, and prepare invoices, delivery notes, and AC service updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse / service centers for parts requirements and issue parts to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
