Associate Graphics Designer
SLTMOBITEL PEOTV operates the Pay TV and Content Business for the SLT Group. SLTMOBITEL PEOTV has been at the forefront of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) services, introducing innovative and interactive television applications to Sri Lanka, since its inception.
Are you a talented and enthusiastic individual with a flair for Graphic Designing and Multimedia Content Creation? We are looking for a creative and self-driven Associate Graphics Designer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative visuals and promotional content for digital and print platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media, banners, leaflets, and hoardings, while meeting deadlines and enhancing customer engagement
- Ensure all creative outputs meet technical and quality standards while maintaining creativity and platform compatibility
- Maintain high-quality creative deliverables that align with technical standards and system requirements
- Regularly update job tracking records and maintain secure backups of project files to support business continuity and information access
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
The ideal candidate should possess:
- a Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or an equivalent NVQ Level 4 qualification from a recognized institution
- proficiency in graphic designing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, along with relevant design tools
- a strong portfolio showcasing designing and animation skills, including examples of previous work
- an excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual communication techniques
- the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics
- familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools, including Blender or 3Ds Max, will be an added advantage
