JOB OUTLINE

  • Assist day-to-day operations in reservations and ticketing.
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails within the standard service times.
  • Provide customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special service requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal department/teams to ensure smooth operation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer care and aviation.
  • Diploma / Certificate professional qualification in Aviation or Tourism will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service within the Aviation or Travel industry.
