OFFICER/EXECUTIVE – GOLD LOAN
Location – Homagama, Kandy, Matara
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Market and promote gold loan products to individual and business customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure portfolio growth and timely repayments.
- Achieve assigned loan disbursement targets and contribute to branch portfolio performance.
- Conduct field visits and customer engagement activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch operations, credit, and compliance teams to ensure smooth loan processing and adherence to internal policies.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Qualification in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in gold loans, secured lending or banking operations.
- Sound knowledge of gold loan products, lending procedures, customer relationship management, and branch coordination.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy.
- Should be methodical, result oriented and should possess the capability of working under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of integrity.
