ASSISTANT MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to support and help lead the Human Resources function across our group of companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll compliance, and HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HRIS systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial-level responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
