Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 'Head of Administration & Logistics'. Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations related to facility management, procurement activities and organize a better workplace environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Over 5+ years of professional experience is compulsory
- Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations
- Experience with specialized technical operations, such as facility systems, understanding of maintenance requirements
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
- Lead preparation of budgets / costing and forecasts
- Implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and guide facility staff effectively
- Prior work experience in a finance related company would be an advantage
- Procurement handling experience is highly essential
