Responsibilities:
- Technical Oversight: Responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations from pre-examination to post-examination phases.
- Compliance: Ensures adherence to laboratory standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Resource Management: Manages operating costs efficiently through optimal resource utilization.
- Departmental Supervision: Oversees all departments and functions within the laboratory.
- Facility Management: Directs the operation and maintenance of laboratory facilities.
- Coordination: Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth company operations.
- Day-to-day Operations: Accountable for the daily functioning of the laboratory.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience as a Laboratory Manager in a reputable laboratory.
- Degree or diploma in a related field.
- Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
