OPERATIONS LEAD SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE
THE JOB
- To understand strategy, business plan & operations plan relating to Supply Chain Finance Business in terms of Business
- Segment mix, product portfolio mix and such other factors that will help achieve the targets
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of Distributor & Supplier Finance Transactions and manage smooth onboarding onto the TradeLinc Platform.
- Ensure timely reconciliation and submission of necessary GL/PL transactions as per policy, and ensure the timely implementation of Risk control practices for all SCF products.
- Act as the key operational contact for Anchor clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution; includes conducting training and workshops for internal/external teams.
- Work with IT teams to integrate TradeLinc with Anchor ERP systems to enhance transaction speed, accuracy, and client experience.
- Champion and maintain zero-tolerance with respect to adherence to all current and upcoming regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) and all internal/external audit procedures.
THE PERSON
- Possess Bachelor's degree in the area of in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Possess 7+ years in Banking, supply chain finance, trade finance, or financial operations within a banking environment.
- Qualification in the area of Supply Chain Finance by ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) CTFP or LIBF (London Institute of Banking and Finance) would be an added advantage.
- Experience with SCF platforms, ERP integration, and banking transaction systems would be an added advantage.
- Requires excellent analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and Team Management Skills.
The position is at Senior Deputy Manager Level.
