PROJECT COORDINATOR

Become a part of our dynamic team as a PROJECT COORDINATOR.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project initiation meetings, site visits, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Liaise with investigators, research officers, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor site progress, case completion, documentation, and compliance with approved project requirements.
  • Support data collection, verification, maintenance, and submission of project records.
  • Maintain project inventory and ensure proper tracking of related materials and documents.
  • Identify gaps, delays, or concerns and escalate to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification in Biotechnology, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in clinical research, project coordination, healthcare operations, or study coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of documentation, data recording, and compliance requirements.
  • Good command of English and Sinhala.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and calendar management.
  • Willingness to travel to study sites as and when required.
