We invite applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our team in the capacity of Service Executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate the company vehicle fleet to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Supervise service activities and monitor service quality standards.
- Attend to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and customers regarding service schedules and requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Handle administrative and back office functions related to service operations.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and service initiatives.
- Perform any other duties related to service operations as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination in any stream.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer focused mindset.
