QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and HR administration.
- Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Willingness to be based in Mannar
