EXECUTIVE – DEPOT [Negombo/ Trincomalee]
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for invoicing, printing & record keeping
- Responsible for managing the goods receiving operation
- Handle empty record keeping & system stock management
- Responsible for ERN collection & empty Check
- Invoice collection & updating
- Responsible for timely submission of month end reports & documents
What are we looking for?
- Possess 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- A Diploma/HND in Accounting would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge in MS Office & Advanced Excel knowledge would be a definite advantage
- Exposure to ERP system (Ex; Oracle)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, communication skills with positive attitude towards work
