Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Sales and Business Development (Freight & Logistics Services)
We are seeking experienced and performance-driven professionals to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team and contribute to our continued growth.
Available Positions
- Senior Executive – Minimum 4 years experience
- Assistant Manager – Minimum 8 years experience
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in Supply Chain/Management or any related discipline
- Professional qualification in Sales / Marketing would be an added advantage
Experience & Exposure
- Proven experience in Sales / Business Development
- Exposure to 3PL, Maritime, Yard Operations, or Aviation industry will be a distinct advantage
Key Competencies
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Leadership potential with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy is essential
- Fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil
Work Locations
Colombo, Kurunegala, Dambulla, Kandy, Galle & Matara
