Assistant General Manager
We are a rapidly growing real estate company seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overall management and daily operations of the company
- Supervise sales, marketing, site operations, and administrative activities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with clients, investors, and business partners professionally
- Prepare reports, business plans, and management updates
- Support land sales, customer handling, and project coordination activities
- Ensure smooth execution of company policies and procedures
- Handling all Land sale and Hosing projects Operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the real estate and Recidencies sector will be a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
- Ability to handle teams and work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
- Good computer literacy and reporting skills
- Age between 30 – 45 years preferred
