Assistant General Manager

We are a rapidly growing real estate company seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall management and daily operations of the company
  • Supervise sales, marketing, site operations, and administrative activities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with clients, investors, and business partners professionally
  • Prepare reports, business plans, and management updates
  • Support land sales, customer handling, and project coordination activities
  • Ensure smooth execution of company policies and procedures
  • Handling all Land sale and Hosing projects Operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the real estate and Recidencies sector will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
  • Ability to handle teams and work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
  • Good computer literacy and reporting skills
  • Age between 30 – 45 years preferred
