RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end driver registration and onboarding, including document verification and compliance checks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, handling inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain accurate driver records and ensure timely activation in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve driver-related operational issues
  • Support driver engagement initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance with company policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, onboarding, or coordinating roles (experience in mobility/logistics is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple registrations and tasks simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
