Driver Lifecycle Management Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage driver inquiries via the Help Center, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and support driver reactivation projects.
- Collaborate with branch teams to overcome operational challenges and handle urgent cases.
- Maintain accurate system records, provide daily summaries, and report exceptions to management.
- Support departmental KPIs through effective communication, organization, and follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or customer service (preferred).
- Proficient in Sinhala and English; Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Skilled in MS Office, Google Workspace, and internal ticketing systems (training provided).
- Excellent communication and documentation accuracy under pressure.
