Food & Beverage Department (Banquet Operation)

  • Supervisor
  • Captain
  • Senior Waiter/Waiter
  • Assistant Waiter
  • Trainee Waiter
  • Barista – Café
  • Waiter – Restaurant

Kitchen Department

  • Sous Chef – Pastry & Bakery
  • Chef De Partie – Hot/Pastry
  • Demi Chef De Partie - Hot/Pastry
  • Commis I/II/III – Hot/Cold/Pastry

Prerequisite

  • Culinary or Hotel School Diploma / NVQ Level 3 or 4
  • A warm personality & positive work Attitude
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality industry
  • Age below 40 years
