Night Duty Matron/Clinical Hospital-In-Charge
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid SLNC/PHSRC Registration
- Minimum 10 year of clinical experience
- Minimum 3 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hospital-wide clinical leadership during night duty
- Ensure safe staffing and smooth hospital operations
- Coordinate emergency and critical incident management
- Conduct hospital rounds and monitor patient safety
- Liaise with consultants, nursing staff, and support departments
