WE ARE HIRING! SALES EXECUTIVE
Distribution – Gampaha, Matara & Ratnapura
Pintanna Group is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen our distribution operations in Gampaha, Matara & Ratnapura areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop assigned FMCG territory to achieve sales targets
- Expand product reach and ensure effective market coverage
- Identify new business opportunities, key outlets, and high-potential areas
- Plan and execute spot promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail customers
- Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and trade channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Valid riding license (motorcycle) will be an added advantage
