HEAD OF PREMIUM RETAIL SHOWROOM NETWORK
We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Premium Retail Showroom Network and drive sales performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the overall performance of a network of high-end retail showrooms.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning in the premium segment.
- Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with luxury / premium customer expectations.
- Ensure consistent world-class customer experience across all locations.
- Oversee showroom operations, merchandising standards, and visual presentation.
- Lead, coach, and develop showroom managers and sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to enhance brand competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on premium branding, campaigns, and in-store activations.
- Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and compliance across all outlets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-12 years of experience in retail management, preferably in high-end / luxury / premium retail.
- Proven experience managing multi-location showroom or retail networks.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
