Senior Executive – Telecom Procurement & Operations

Responsibilities

  • Raise FTK Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure alignment with Letters of Award (LOA) and procurement approvals during PO creation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on BOQ-related matters.
  • Create project codes and functional locations within the SAP ERP system.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and service delivery standards.
  • Support project administration activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through effective stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Degree / HND in Telecommunication Engineering with exposure to procurement, telecom operations, project coordination, purchase order management.
  • Experience in procurement, purchase order management, project coordination, or telecom operations will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to SAP / ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during month-end closing periods.
