Senior Executive – Telecom Procurement & Operations
Responsibilities
- Raise FTK Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure alignment with Letters of Award (LOA) and procurement approvals during PO creation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on BOQ-related matters.
- Create project codes and functional locations within the SAP ERP system.
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate operational records.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and service delivery standards.
- Support project administration activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through effective stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Degree / HND in Telecommunication Engineering with exposure to procurement, telecom operations, project coordination, purchase order management.
- Experience in procurement, purchase order management, project coordination, or telecom operations will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP / ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work extended hours during month-end closing periods.
