STUDENT CONSULTANT — ADMISSIONS & GROWTH EXECUTIVE
On-site | Jaffna

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle student and parent inquiries
- Guide admissions and student onboarding
- Follow up and convert leads into enrollments
- Manage CRM and student records accurately
- Coordinate with academic and support teams
- Support the growth of EDUS across Sri Lanka and beyond
- Manage social media platforms
- Create engaging content to attract, engage and convert leads
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Sinhala, Tamil & English (Sinhala is mandatory – speaking and writing)
- Strong confidence in handling parents and students professionally
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with digital systems
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, call center, social media management or education sector is an added advantage
