Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 16 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking highly motivated, self-disciplined team members with a positive attitude to join our Team.
WATER SPORTS SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and safety-conscious Water Sports Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, passionate about guest satisfaction, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
- Should maintain a positive attitude
- Must be fluent in English communication
- A minimum of 1 VDWS or equivalent qualifications (Kite, Catamaran or Management) or similar for another organization
- Confident with all major WS activities
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in water sports and resorts
- Previous experience in similar position
