Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
