Bar Manager
Crown & Champa Resorts is looking for a talented and passionate Bar Manager to join our team. This role is key in overseeing the daily operations of our bars and beverage services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. The ideal candidate will be confident, service-driven, and experienced in managing bar teams, menu planning, stock control, and ensuring high standards of hospitality.
You will lead by example, support and train the bar staff, maintain quality and consistency in all beverages served, and uphold guest satisfaction, hygiene, and service excellence.
Task and responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of all bars, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards of guest service.
- Create and update beverage menus in collaboration with F&B leadership, ensuring creativity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure proper inventory management including ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation.
- Work closely with F&B Manager and other departments to support events, special occasions, and operational needs.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring high guest satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine service, and beverage trends.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in luxury resort, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment is highly preferred.
