We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise Software (Insurance & Financial Services).

  • Experience: 07+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Industry: Insurance Technology / Enterprise Software

ABOUT THE ROLE

Drive the expansion of our enterprise software platforms across insurance and financial services markets in Asia and Africa. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close high-value enterprise deals with insurers and financial services organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across target markets in Asia and Africa
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities within insurance and financial services
  • Build relationships with insurance companies and ecosystem partners
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and industry engagement
  • Proactively generate new opportunities rather than relying only on inbound or marketing-driven leads
  • Own the full deal lifecycle from opportunity development to contract closure
  • Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and regional partners
  • Deliver solution presentations and proposals to C-level and senior decision makers
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regional forums
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development
  • Proven success developing new markets and closing enterprise deals
  • Experience working across international markets, particularly Asia or Africa
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and enterprise stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions to Insurance or Financial Services organizations

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience selling solutions to Government, Telecom, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to insurance technology platforms, fintech solutions, cloud platforms, or enterprise software systems
  • Experience working with system integrators or consulting partners
  • Experience expanding business in emerging markets
