Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, customers, and business partners to expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and brand activities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on Xiaomi products and industry trends to effectively support customers and the sales team.
Requirements
- Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (preferably mobile/consumer electronics) with proven target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with market insight capability.
- Strong knowledge and interest in mobile phone industry and ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
