JUNIOR COMMERCIAL LAWYER
A leading hospitality group in Galle is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Lawyer to join our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Provide legal support on commercial and employment matters
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across business operations
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Liaise with government authorities and external legal professionals
REQUIREMENTS
- Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
- 0–2 years post-admission experience
- Strong knowledge of Commercial, Contract, Company & Labour Law
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
