POST OF TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS

Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Maintain and develop a strong project portfolio while ensuring a good segment share.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, influencers and Project decision-makers.
- Identify and win new project opportunities with a techno-commercial approach.
- Provide technical presentations, site demonstrations, and on-site support to ensure proper product application.
- Collaborate closely with the technical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain up-to-date sales reports, project pipelines, and market intelligence.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project-based sales within the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes and product applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with high levels of initiative and professionalism.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the island.
