Position
Quantity Surveyors
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare payment certificates and variation claims.
- Track material usage and project progress.
- Assist in contract administration and cost control.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
