Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No. 3045), Australia, is the largest private specialised training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism in Sri Lanka. We are located within the SIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
JOB PROFILE
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
- Teach practical cookery skills and techniques in line with curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and industry standards to incorporate into lessons.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree/diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching or working within the Culinary industry.
- Candidates holding Certificate IV TAE40122 will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge of culinary theory, including hygiene, safety, and nutrition.
- Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
