Udeshi City (Private) Limited is a leading organization in the real estate and property management industry, operating a multifunctional complex with shopping and office spaces in the heart of Kiribathgoda. With a growing portfolio in land development and real estate, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and drive our sales function.
This role requires a highly driven individual with a hands-on approach, capable of building and leading the company’s sales function from the ground up.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Role:
- Develop and drive sales strategies for land sales, land development projects, and Udeshi City Shopping Complex
- Take full ownership of the sales function, driving revenue across land sales, development projects, and the shopping complex
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for land and commercial property sales
- Oversee sales operations including client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Drive occupancy and leasing performance of the shopping complex
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in an executive role
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in land sales and development projects
- Experience in commercial leasing or shopping mall sales will be a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
- Strategic thinking with strong business and market awareness
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in IT and digital marketing tools
