EPOS DEVELOPER
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented EPOS Developer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining EPOS software to meet client specifications, as well as cross-checking work and data entry of EPOS menus. They will also be tasked with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving any issues encountered in deployed systems. The developer will have opportunities to contribute to a variety of projects and could grow into a leadership role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure EPOS software based on client requirements.
- Cross-check and verify work and data entry of EPOS menus to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed client EPOS installations.
- Manage tasks proactively and complete them within agreed timelines.
- Identify and correct mistakes or inconsistencies within EPOS systems.
- Provide on-call support until 22:00 UK time (02:30 or 03:30 SL) and work at least one weekend day
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic experience with SQL databases (configuration and querying).
- Prior experience with EPOS systems.
- Understanding of IP networks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in cross-checking work and data entry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to work with UK-based clients
