Power Automate RPA Developer (Forward-Deployed Engineer)

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Power Automate RPA Developer to join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE). In this role, you will be embedded directly with our clients (or internal business units) to identify operational bottlenecks and build tailored automation solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, test, and deploy robust RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Integrate Power Automate with third-party applications, legacy systems, APIs, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with client stakeholders to ensure the automated process meets their specific needs and handles exceptions gracefully.
- Monitor active bot performance, troubleshoot production errors, and optimize existing flows for speed and reliability.
What You Must Have:
- High ownership, low ego.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Selenium and Pywinauto is an added advantage.
