Sales Manager-Tenders

Job profile
- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities from government, corporate, and institutional clients
- Manage the complete tender process from opportunity identification to submission and award
- Prepare and review tender documents, proposals, and commercial bids in line with company guidelines
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, legal, procurement) to gather required information for bids
- Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines
- Develop pricing strategies and cost estimates to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance tender success rates
- Track tender performance, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for reporting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all tender activities
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 01 year in tender management or B2B sales
- Experience handling government or large corporate tenders is highly preferred
