EXECUTIVE - STUDENT SERVICES
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional support to students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders regarding Pearson Edexcel International Examinations.
- Respond to inquiries via email, telephone, and in person in a timely manner including related administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of student services.
- Assist in examination-related activities and operational requirements.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or student support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Experience in the education or examination sector will be an added advantage.
