EXECUTIVE - STUDENT SERVICES

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional support to students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders regarding Pearson Edexcel International Examinations.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, telephone, and in person in a timely manner including related administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of student services.
  • Assist in examination-related activities and operational requirements.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or student support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in the education or examination sector will be an added advantage.
