We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales, Marketing & Business Development to lead sales initiatives, market presence, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in alignment with our continued business expansion and retail innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and guide the Sales and Marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, and other potential POS-related business sectors.
  • Promote Retail IT’s POS systems, POS software solutions, hardware products, AMC services, and after-sales support offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to improve customer retention and repeat business.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, customer visits, product demonstrations, and market development activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and pricing movements to support effective business planning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, customer visit reports, performance reports, and business development updates for management review.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in IT solutions, POS systems, retail technology, software, hardware, or service-based solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and monitor a sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience in CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven personality with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
