ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

Shermans Logistics Ltd is seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities
  • Support key account development and strategic partnerships
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support overall team performance
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics or Shipping industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate new business and maintain customer relationships
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and highly motivated individual
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
  • Relevant professional or academic qualifications
