Sales Executive – Corporate Sales

The role involves identifying potential clients, assisting in managing corporate accounts, and supporting business development activities. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the technical team, including HVAC engineers and support staff, to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.

Job Profile

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to promote air conditioning solutions to corporate clients.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and quotations in line with client requirements and company guidelines.
  • Liaise with technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and project expectations.
  • Track sales activities, maintain records, and support project follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the senior sales team to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Personal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (HVAC knowledge preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or project sales in the air conditioning or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage corporate clients and consultants.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, project dynamics, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and MS Office.
