Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Liaison: Handle all BOI and IRD documentation, submissions, and physical follow-ups with local authorities.
  • Trade Documentation: Issue and organize Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and quotes for local and overseas transactions.
  • Tax Coordination: Prepare VAT and tax filings to be finalized alongside our external corporate accountants.
  • Financial Admin: Maintain project costing registers, track international shipping costs, and manage office petty cash.
  • Vendor Support: Assist with onboarding potential vendors, managing supplier communications, and streamlining processes.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial administration, corporate compliance, or banking.
  • Strong familiarity with BOI and IRD documentation processes.
  • Basic understanding of import/export workflows and trade documentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (experience with the Xero platform is a plus).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
