Develop accurate and production-ready patterns by interpreting design concepts, technical specifications, and garment proportions while ensuring the original design intent is maintained throughout the development process.
Create, modify, and maintain digital patterns using industry-standard pattern-making software, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements.
Perform pattern grading according to customer size specifications and grading rules, ensuring consistency of fit, measurements, and garment proportions across all size ranges.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of garment construction methods and intimate apparel manufacturing techniques, including molding, bonding, laser cutting, seamless construction, and other specialized processes, to support product development and production feasibility.
Coordinate and follow up on all activities within the Time and Action (T&A) calendar, ensuring timely completion of pattern development, sample preparation, fit sessions, and customer submissions.
Conduct fit validation and pattern evaluations by analyzing fit samples, identifying fit-related issues, recommending corrective actions, and implementing pattern adjustments to achieve the desired fit and customer expectations.

Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Clothing Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pattern making, preferably in the intimate apparel industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment while meeting critical deadlines.
