Receptionist cum Administration Assistant (Head Office - Nawala)

Berendina group operates in 13 districts through a network of 38 branch offices.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in guests in a manner that enhances the company’s image.
- Respond politely and ethically to customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing courier documents and parcels.
- Responsible for the purchase of Welfare Items / First Aid / Cleaning Items.
- Monitor inventories of welfare items, first aid supplies, and cleaning materials, and submit a weekly report to the immediate supervisor.
- Provide support for HR and administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or relevant qualifications Admin, or similar fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Admin, or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Sinhala, and Tamil is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Pleasant, tactful, and approachable personality.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and public relations skills.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
