Job Title: Hotel Partnerships & Business Development Executive

We are launching a Sri Lanka-exclusive hotel booking platform designed to showcase and support local hotels and accommodation providers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to actively engage with hotels, build relationships, and secure their participation on the platform.

This role is primarily focused on hotel acquisition and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage hotels, resorts, villas, guesthouses, and boutique properties across Sri Lanka.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Present and promote the platform's value proposition in a professional and compelling manner.
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements with accommodation providers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective hotel partners.
  • Develop long-term relationships with hotel stakeholders to encourage engagement and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and partnership status.
  • Provide weekly updates on acquisition targets, meetings conducted, and hotels signed up.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in hospitality sales, hotel contracting, business development, travel technology, OTA sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and travelling when required.
  • Existing relationships within the Sri Lankan hospitality industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time
  • Hybrid (office, remote, and field visits)
