POSITION
TECHNOLOGIST - QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Perform incoming material samplings, inspections and verify compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- 2. Monitor and verify production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and established procedures.
- 3. Conduct finished product inspections to ensure conformity with quality specifications.
- 4. Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, records, and reports in support of the Quality Management System.
- 5. Assist in the investigation, documentation, and resolution of non-conformance and quality-related issues.
- 6. Support the handling and investigation of customer complaints.
- 7. Participate in raw material dispensing activities.
- 8. Coordinate and conduct third-party inspections, audits, product sampling.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidate below 25 years of age.
- Passed GCE advanced level in Bio - Science / Maths / Tech stream.
- HND / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Willingness to travel to third-party manufacturing facilities when required.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Experience in monitoring raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
