Assistant Manager — Plant Finance Lead
What you will do:
- Monitor plant budget vs. targets; support top- and bottom-line goals.
- Optimize raw materials, order-to-ship, and manage excess per SOPs.
- Track overheads vs. targets; drive cost improvements.
- Support value creation; ensure controls, reporting, and compliance.
- The Factory Accountant manages factory finances, including budgeting and overheads, while supporting value creation, ensuring controls and audit compliance, overseeing materials and risks, and following Health & Safety guidelines.

Ideal profile:
- Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Business Management
- 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong knowledge of financial budgeting, overhead management and financial accounting
- Sound understanding of factory operational processes
